How do we work?

Medical Info;

   Send the details about your disease and requests by completing the form in Online Advisor link. Our specialist doctors evaluate your details and examination results and direct you to the specialist doctor who is experienced and successful in the field relating to such disease or request. A few alternatives are offered to you by combining the suggestions of relevant doctor and our suggestions for transportation and accommodation.  You can learn these solution suggestions from the results section via the password sent to your email.

Transportation;

As well as you can use your own means of transport, if you wish, round-trip ticket, airport-hotel transport, hospital-hotel transport is provided by us.

Note: Transport services are provided for 2 people, contrary situations should be notified beforehand.

Accommodation;

As well as you can arrange your own accommodation, you can benefit from the alternative accommodation options to be offered to you in the solution suggestions.

Note: Accommodation options offered online are for 2 people and different situations should be notified to us by you.

Treatment;

Upon the appointment made in your name, your doctor will establish your examination and treatment program and start your treatment process. If you want to change your doctor examining you, an examination of another physician who is specialist in his field shall be arranged by us in the shortest time. You can get your treatment as outpatient or inpatient according to your disease and recommendation of your doctor. Your discharge shall be arranged with the options for contact with your doctor again at the end of treatment process.

Payment;

When you accept one of the suggestions offered for your request from the results section (accommodation, transportation, translator option), you fix your application by paying 20% of the total price over the internet. The remaining part of the payment is collected when your treatment is about to start, when you accept your physician and treatment after the first examination.

(note: when the treatment isn’t accepted, no additional charge is collected. However, 20% of the price paid over the internet isn’t paid back as the cost for transportation, accommodation and examination.)

Translator;

On demand, service for translator in native language is provided against additional charge. Patients demanding translator should notify this beforehand.

Tourism/Tour

According to the suitability of patient and disease (upon consulting with your doctor), daily Istanbul tours can be arranged against additional charge.
